Hi there!
If we haven’t met yet, I’m Lexi, the owner of Organize with Lexi. I was born and raised in Bismarck and truly love it here. Sunny river days, negative temps, and everything in between… this place has my heart.
My background is in occupational therapy, and I’ve always approached organizing from a function-first mindset. I graduated from the University of Mary with my OT degree in 2018 and spent years working with clients from babies to older adults. Therapy taught me to think creatively. How can I help this person do what they need and want to do? How can I make life feel easier for them? That way of thinking became the foundation of my organizing business.
Make it functional. Make it organized. Make it beautiful.
Organizing has always been second nature to me. I was the little girl who loved cleaning her room for fun, rearranging her desk, and organizing her best friend’s closet just because. Solving problems and creating solutions is where I thrive. Helping women feel lighter in their homes is where I feel most myself.
And here’s the truth. If you’re overwhelmed or embarrassed or thinking I need help but I don’t want anyone to see this… girl, text me. Truly. Nothing surprises me after all these years! We meet you exactly where you are, and we’re here to make the process feel calm and easy.
I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and the care we put into every home. We love our clients and believe happiness begins at home, so let’s start there!

Meet Bailey! Our Fargo Lead Organizer
After working with Lexi in Bismarck for several years, Bailey is back in her hometown leading the Organize with Lexi Fargo branch. Bailey is truly one of the easiest people to welcome into your home. She’s teacher, a deeply kind human, and someone who brings so much heart, skill, and attention into everything she does. Bailey has seen it all and leads with zero judgment. She simply shows up ready to help, ready to listen, and ready to make your life lighter.
